I haven't been this excited for a trip in quite a while. To be honest, I'm more excited about this trip back home to Cebu than my last trip abroad.
It's probably because of the fun factor in here. I'll be going home with friends. I'll be like a field trip.

I went to a CFC Central fun night last Saturday at Mandaluyong. It's the first time I joined a CFC even since the whole split thing. In short, I was really disappointed.
People were talking in terms of 'us' and 'them' and how 'this group' was the official group, and not 'that group'. Groups were making claiming they are the official group since they're the ones recognized by the Vatican. Friends that are there all the time like Joey, Flip, Kuya Cocoy, etc.. were nowhere in sight. Worst of all, people were resorting to name-calling. In one presentation, a group was just heckling the FFL group, particularly tito Frank, in the form of a song. People apparently had fun while all this was going on.
It's really sad to see how bad things have become. For a community that's supposed to be 'for Christ', nothing was Christlike that sad Saturday night.
There were kids too. Their presentation was really cute. Too bad, this is the example they're getting exposed to.
This has to change.
